Instructions for entering a quilt:

1. Complete the registration process by providing the following: completed registration form, (link for the form is at the top of this page), a labeled color photo with the size of the quilt on the photo front, a self-addressed stamped envelope, and check/money order for the appropriate amount made out to the Country Quilters Guild.
2. All entry registrations must be received no later than August 31, 2022.
3. Entry fees are $15 for the first quilt, with $10 for each additional quilt.
4. Mail the registration packet to Sharon Waddell, 443 Riley Road, New Windsor, NY 12553.
5. All quilts are to be dropped off at Quilter’s Attic, 118 Maple Ave., Pine Bush, NY on September 21, 2022, between 11:30 am and 3 pm.
6. After the show, quilts are to be picked up at 4 pm at the show location.
